Sports Physical Opportunities
Below are different opportunities for students to get a sports physical this year. These clinics are FREE and open to all students needing a sports physical for this school year.

These clinics are provided by The Iowa Clinic. The attached form will be provided onsite, but for faster processing, we recommend completing the first two pages prior to arriving at the building.
